How the process works
- You or your child plan a visit to you, dentist or surgeon.
- The dentist or surgeon will then contact Sedation Connect and allocate an available sedation practitioner to the chosen date for the procedure.
- Sedation Connect will be in contact with you as the patient or parent.
- You will be directed to the forms you need to submit, which is either PDF printed, scanned and emailed to Sedation Connect or you can fill in the forms online.
